Order Processing Time
- General product orders (ready-to-ship items such as solar power stations, etc.) are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary, but we strive to expedite all orders promptly.
- Our cabins and tiny home products are pre-ordered items unless specified online or in-store by us. Here is a guideline for specific product categories for your consideration:
- Cabins: Summer – 3 weeks, Winter – 2 weeks leading time
- Premium Cabins: Summer – 3 weeks, Winter – 2 weeks leading time
- Tiny Mobile Homes: 6-8 weeks in general (details will be specified in the individual contract)
(Note: This time frame provides a general guideline for different cabins and tiny homes. For specific leading time frames, please refer to your contract.)
Shipping Methods and Costs
- We offer the following shipping methods for delivery within New Zealand (North Island and South Island) for tiny homes and cabins:
- Standard Products Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days after processing. Costs vary based on product weight and delivery location.
- Express Products Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days after processing. Additional charges apply and vary based on product weight and delivery location.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products and delivery address. You will see the applicable shipping charges before completing your purchase.
- Shipping for ready-build cabins is transported by trucks; the specific time frame will be between [details needed].
Shipping Restrictions
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within New Zealand.
Delivery Process
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery through our courier partner’s website.
- Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your order to the specified shipping address. If delivery is attempted unsuccessfully (e.g., recipient unavailable), a card will be left to arrange re-delivery or collection from a local depot.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors such as product availability, delivery location, and courier delays. While we make every effort to meet these estimated times, Sunrise Build is not liable for delays beyond our control if the product is being handled by a third-party delivery company.
Cabin Shipping & Delivery Rates
Shipping fees for our cabins and tiny homes are calculated based on several factors, including:
Delivery location (region, accessibility)
Cabin size and weight
Chosen delivery method (standard truck delivery or express options)
Estimated delivery rates for cabins generally range from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on the above factors.
Standard Cabin Delivery: Typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on season and location.
Premium Cabin or Tiny Home Delivery: Can take 6–8 weeks, with delivery charges at the higher end of the range.
Note: Exact shipping fees will be provided in your individual contract and confirmed at the time of order.
Shipping Insurance
- All shipments are insured against loss or damage while in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
