Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for online and in-store purchases:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- PayPal: Securely pay with your PayPal account.
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers are accepted for larger orders. Please contact our customer service for details.
Payment and Deposit
Price and Payment Terms: The price for services or goods is stated on the invoice provided to the client by Sunrise Builds (Section 5.1).
Price List and Review: Sunrise Builds has a price list subject to annual review. All prices in advertisements are considered current and in accordance with the price list at the time of publication (Section 5.2).
Deposits: Deposits are at the discretion of Sunrise Builds and may vary depending on the service. The deposit amount is due and payable immediately upon client acceptance of the quote (Section 5.3).
Payment Due Dates: Payment is due by the client as per the due date set by Sunrise Builds, which could be prior to or at the time of service completion, or as per agreed payment schedules for credit-approved clients (Section 5.4).
Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include direct bank transfer or bank card (Mastercard or Visa), with potential bank-imposed charges (Section 5.5).
Breach of Contract: In case of a breach, including related to payment, Sunrise Builds can apply any payment received to cover collection costs, interest charges, and satisfy the oldest portion of the outstanding account (Section 5.6).
Retention Money: If the contract includes retention money, it must be used only to remedy defects and held for an agreed period following service completion (Section 5.7).
Cancellation and Processing Fee: If the client cancels an order, a processing fee of 20% of the value of the goods, plus any freight for non-defective goods, may apply (Section 5.9).
GST Inclusion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, GST is included in the price for all relevant goods and services supplied (Section 5.10).
Financing Options for Tiny Houses on Wheels (THOW)
Tiny Houses on Wheels are considered vehicles and not buildings; therefore, they do not qualify for mortgages. However, several lenders offer financing options specifically for THOW. Here are some recommended lenders:

Payment Security
Your payment information is securely processed using industry-standard encryption technologies. We do not store credit card details on our servers after processing the transaction.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to your order based on applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Payment Processing
Online Orders: Payment is processed at the time of checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your payment is successfully processed.
In-Store Purchases: Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers for in-store payments.
