Option One: Pay a 50% Deposit 

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order prior to building commencement, and your purchase will not be placed in the production schedule until we have received your deposit.  Payment in full is required prior to delivery. (Please make sure that the account number is in accordance with the name of the account holder)

Option Two: Use a Finance Provider 

You’ll deal directly with your chosen finance provider to arrange how much you need for your project. Once approved, you can place your order with us over the phone or here on our website.

About The Purchase Process

For purchases of $15,000 or more, we recommend paying by direct bank transfer to avoid additional transaction fees. You can also choose to pay via cash or credit card online, in person, or over the phone. Please note that payments made by credit or debit card for orders of $15,000 or more will incur a transaction fee of 1.5% of the total purchase amount.

Purchase Stage One

After we have received at least 50% of your payment (via any payment method), your selected cabin is held in reserve under your name, either in our warehouse stock or in our confirmed incoming manufacturing process.

Purchase Stage Two

After we have received your final/full payment, and once the cabin and/or tiny home has been manufactured, we can dispatch your order from our warehouse to you. In most cases, please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for dispatch and delivery from the time your order is ready in our warehouse.

Holds, Orders, and Deposits

Sunrise Build will take a 50% order placement or holding deposit on shed and cabin orders when the customer isn’t ready for immediate dispatch or when a special order on a cabin or tiny home product is required.

Sunrise Build will require a delivery time frame for the cabin and will arrange to have stock available during that time frame for immediate dispatch. If the time frame is altered for any reason, Sunrise Build cannot guarantee immediate delivery of the cabin, and there may be a short waiting period. Due to current shipping delays for certain materials and world events, Sunrise Build cannot take responsibility for delays in shipping or delivery times due to shipping congestion or container delays. We will keep you informed of any updates to the estimated delivery timeline.
